Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
How do payments work?
Paid plans are annual subscriptions. You can pay securely with Airwallex or PayPal. Enterprise is quoted and billed offline by our sales team.
Is advertising included in membership?
No. Advertising placements (homepage banner, featured company, sponsorships) are billed separately from subscriptions and can be combined with any plan.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
What is included with the Verified badge?
Verification is granted with any paid plan and confirms your company is real and reviewed. It adds the trust badge, lets you list products, and lifts your profile in search and category results.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
You can downgrade or cancel from your billing dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; your data and listings remain accessible on the Free plan.
