Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across SEO, social, email, events and partnerships.
- Build brand awareness in key pet markets including North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
- Manage content calendar, editorial tone and thought-leadership programs.
- Run performance marketing, attribution and CRO experiments to drive user growth.
- Collaborate with product and sales to launch membership and advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or B2B2C marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, marketplace or pet industry.
- Proven track record scaling organic traffic and lead generation.
- Strong written English and experience with data-driven storytelling.
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
Lead the architecture, scalability and security of the GlobalPetIndex platform. You will manage our engineering roadmap, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure while building a high-performing remote engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and roadmap for the WordPress + data platform.
- Build and maintain data ingestion, indexing, search and API layers.
- Ensuresecurity, performance, monitoring and disaster recovery standards.
- Recruit, mentor and manage a distributed engineering team.
- Partner with product and design to deliver fast, reliable user experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep experience with PHP, WordPress, MySQL/MariaDB and modern frontend tooling.
- Track record of designing scalable data pipelines and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
Drive enterprise partnerships, premium memberships and sponsored listings. You will build relationships with pet brands, manufacturers, retailers and industry associations, turning the GlobalPetIndex into a must-have platform for industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership and revenue strategy for premium memberships.
- Build a pipeline of pet brands, manufacturers, retailers and distributors.
- Negotiate advertising, sponsorship and data-licensing deals.
- Represent GlobalPetIndex at industry events and trade shows.
- Work with marketing to create compelling partner collateral and case studies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of business development, partnerships or sales experience in pet, CPG, SaaS or marketplace businesses.
- Existing network in the pet industry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to close six-figure annual partnership deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
