What our reviewers check
Our team confirms business identity using one or more of: official company registration, a domain-based email, verifiable web presence and supporting documents you provide. We do not publish internal details — verification simply attaches a badge and unlocks features once the check passes.

How much does verification cost?
Verification is included with every paid membership. Free-account holders can request a one-off verification for a small review fee; talk to our team for details.
How long does review take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as the badge is approved or if we need more documents.
Can I verify more than one company?
Yes. If you manage several brands or subsidiaries, each can be claimed and verified under the same account.
What does "verified" mean on GlobalPetIndex?
It means the profile is claimed and confirmed as owned by the business. The verification page lists all five levels and shows which ones are open today.
What happens if my details change?
Keep your profile current at any time. Significant changes to legal entity or ownership may trigger a quick re-review to keep the badge trustworthy.
