About INVERS
INSECT PRODUCER INVERS is a mealworm producer based in central France, specializing in high-quality insect products for both animal and human consumption. We offer a wide range of products meeting all european standards, including: Live mealworms Dried mealworms Mealworm flour (defatted and full-fat) Insect-based pet food und 2 brands : INVERS and TOMOJO Europe imports over 70% of its protein requirements, mainly for use in animal feed. The production of these proteins, mainly derived from sea-harvested fish and soy crops, causes serious damage to our ecosystems which are being progressively depleted. To break this vicious circle and protect our environment, INVERS replaces these unsustainable proteins with locally produced insect protein with a far lower carbon footprint. The heros of this adventure are Tenebrion meunier (Tenebrio molitor), an insect belonging to the coleoptera family, the larvae of which are more commonly referred to as "mealworms", and our farmer partners who breed the worms for us.
