Anhui Haichuang Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Anhui Haichuang Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. produces pet toys and plush pet products at Tianchang in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, on the provincial border with Jiangsu. The company was incorporated on 6 July 2017 with RMB 5 million of registered capital under legal representative Wu Xuemei, and operates a purpose-built campus of about 100 mu with roughly 80,000 square metres of plant and warehouse floor - a scale that places it among the larger dedicated pet-toy plants in the inland provinces rather than the coastal clusters. Production covers plush pet toys, rope and dental chew toys, squeaker and interactive toys and moulded pet play items, with in-house cutting, sewing, filling, embroidery and finishing lines and a compliance-tested product programme aimed at large-format retail. The company supplies international pet retail and mass-market chains including PETCO, PetSmart, Walmart and Costco, accounts that require it to maintain social-compliance auditing, product-safety testing and traceability documentation to buyer protocols. Locating inland at Tianchang gives it a labour-cost and land-cost position that coastal Zhejiang and Guangdong plants cannot match while keeping it within trucking distance of the Nanjing and Shanghai port gateways, and the intelligent-manufacturing element of its name reflects investment in automated cutting and filling equipment on the plush lines.
