Selex Gruppo Commerciale is one of Italy's leading organised-distribution (GDO) retail groups, operating through national banners Famila, A&O and C+C (cash & carry) together with a wide set of regional banners such as Alì, Mercato', Dpiu', Dok, Sole 365, Pan, Tigre and Il Gigante. Its origins date to 1964, when the voluntary union A&O was founded, later becoming the current group in 1979; Selex today comprises 18 member companies, over 2,400 sales outlets across Italy, about 33,000 employees and a 2025 turnover of EUR 22.35 billion, and is part of the ESD Italia buying alliance.
