About DogSuppy (Suppy BV)
DogSuppy was founded by dog people with a simple promise: make everyday care natural, trustworthy, and easy for every household. We believe dogs give us their best, so they deserve our best in return. That’s why we follow a 100% natural standard across our range and plain communication - clear ingredients, clear guidance, and no unnecessary additives. Transparency sits at the heart of how we work: we explain what goes in, why it’s there, and how to use our products confidently as part of real-life routines. Great care should feel supportive, not stressful. Our friendly team is available 7 days a week with real human help via chat, email and WhatsApp - answering questions, sorting orders, and making things right quickly if anything isn’t perfect. We pair that with fair pricing, secure checkout, and straightforward policies so you can shop with confidence. We’re continuously improving based on customer feedback and the latest insights in canine wellbeing. Every decision, from ingredients and packaging to guidance, and service, is made with your dog’s health and your peace of mind in mind. Thank you for trusting DogSuppy with a small part of your dog’s big life. If you ever need us, we’re here - ready to help, listen, and support you and your best friend.
