Yangzhou Shengyuan (unverified listing)

This listing records a manufacturer trading as Yangzhou Shengyuan in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Repeated searches of public company registries and trade directories did not return a pet-industry entity matching this name in Yangzhou. The closest registered matches are Yangzhou Shengyuan Nonwoven Products Co., Ltd. of Yizheng - incorporated on 13 May 2019 with RMB 5 million of registered capital under legal representative Jiang Jingyan, licensed for nonwoven fabric, textiles, polypropylene woven bags and electric blankets, and whose registration was revoked on 28 October 2025 after two consecutive years of unfiled annual reports - and Yangzhou Shengyuan Nonwoven Fabric Products Co., Ltd., a converter of cosmetic pads, sheet masks, beauty towels and household wipes. Neither carries a pet product line in its licensed scope and neither can be tied to this listing with confidence. Nonwoven converters of this type do take contract work for pet wipes and pet training pads, which is a plausible route into the pet trade, but no such evidence was found for either entity. The company name, legal entity, ownership, capacity and product programme behind this record therefore remain unverified. The record is held for manual confirmation against the original source listing before it is either enriched or removed from the pet manufacturer category.
