Central Garden & Pet (NASDAQ: CENT / CENTA) will release fiscal third-quarter 2026 results after the market close on Wednesday, August 5. The report is the company’s first since closing its majority acquisition of European pet supplies company TRIXIE for up to €400 million — the largest transatlantic pet supplies deal of 2026 and a transaction that creates the leading global pet supplies platform.
Analysts expect quarterly revenue of approximately $892–897 million and adjusted EPS around $1.52. Central’s fiscal Q2 was strong, with revenue of $906 million and adjusted EPS of $1.29, both ahead of estimates. The company has beaten EPS estimates in eight consecutive quarters.
The earnings call will be scrutinized for TRIXIE integration details, including synergy timelines, management continuity, and cross-selling opportunities across geographies. Previously only about 10% of Central’s sales came from outside the U.S.; TRIXIE materially changes that profile. Investors will also listen for any margin pressure from retailer destocking or acquisition-related costs, and for updates on capital allocation and further M&A appetite.
