Dechra Pharmaceuticals is a British veterinary pharmaceutical company headquartered in Northwich, Cheshire. Founded in 1997 and listed on the London Stock Exchange, Dechra develops, manufactures and sells veterinary medicines focused on companion animals and horses, with a particular strength in endocrinology, dermatology and ophthalmology. Its best-known companion-animal products include Vetoryl for canine Cushing disease, Felimazole for feline hyperthyroidism and the Dermanolon dermatology range. Dechra operates manufacturing sites in the UK, Europe and North America and sells directly to veterinarians in more than 60 countries. The company was acquired by EQT in 2024.
