Last updated: 2026-09-09. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlobalPetIndex mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by GlobalPetIndex. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. License & Acceptable Use

GlobalPetIndex grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful business and research purposes. You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the company data, to circumvent access controls, or to use the Service for unlawful activity.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly Business and Professional plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID account settings. You can restore past purchases from the Membership screen. Annual and Enterprise plans are billed through our website. Prices and features are shown in the app and may change with notice.

4. Intellectual Property

GlobalPetIndex, the GlobalPetIndex name and logo, and all compiled company data are trademarks or copyrighted works of GlobalPetIndex. Nothing herein transfers any IP rights to you.

5. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the processing described therein.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all data are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. GlobalPetIndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Company listings are compiled from public and third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlobalPetIndex is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
