About Meow Melody
Established in 2008, Shandong Bokai Silica Gel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haoyu Group and a council member of the China Inorganic Salts Industry Association, has invested over RMB 400 million in the R&D, production and sales of crystal cat litter and silica gel desiccants. It launched the brand “Meow Melody” in 2025 for diversified, specialized and refined product upgrading. Benefiting from the group’s coal chemical and cogeneration strengths, it achieves full raw material and energy self-sufficiency with a complete closed-loop industrial chain, exporting products to over 50 countries and regions. The company invested RMB 450 million in a new 2026 raw material plant and will spend RMB 1.15 billion on a 2027 smart cat litter factory. The two upcoming projects will make it the world’s largest manufacturer in the silica gel industry by production scale.
