Tomojo is a French pet-food brand built on insect protein, founded in 2017 in Paris by two childhood friends, Paola and Madeleine. They started from a simple observation — companion animals have an environmental footprint too — and went looking for a protein that was both healthy and sustainable. Scientific research showing the ecological and health benefits of insect protein in animal feed convinced them, and Tomojo was born.
Tomojo's positioning rests on four transparency commitments: kibble manufactured in France; recipes formulated with veterinary experts in animal nutrition; traceable, premium-grade insect protein; and packaging made from recyclable materials.
