WOLTERS cat & dog GmbH, founded in 1994 by Martina and Frank Wolters and headquartered in Verden (Aller), Lower Saxony, is a premium pet accessories manufacturer specialising in high-quality products for dogs and cats. The company pioneered the introduction of nylon dog collars and leashes in the German market in the early 1990s, drawing on designs already popular in the United States.

The product range includes collars, leashes, and harnesses (nylon, certified organic leather, washable materials), dog beds and mattresses, travel blankets, toys, food bowls, and an extensive dog wear line for wet and cold weather. WOLTERS is particularly known for its breed-specific sizing: special cuts for pugs and bulldogs ("Pug & co."), dachshunds, and extra-small breeds (XS), as well as the "No Escape" escape-proof harness for fearful dogs.

Sustainability is a core principle: the Eco-Well bed line uses organic cotton filled with recycled PET plastic bottles; Terravita and Terranova collar lines are hand-sewn from certified organic leather from the Allgäu region, tanned without chromium; dog wear uses the eco-friendly ecorepel® waterproofing system (no PFCs, biodegradable); and toys are made from natural rubber. The company employs 51-200 people and has acquired Pets & Friends GmbH.
