i-Tail record sales — i-Tail Corporation, the pet-care business of Thailand’s Thai Union group, has reported record annual sales of THB 18.2 billion for its 2025 financial year, up 2.8%. Growth was led by the treats category, which jumped 36.5%, as global demand for wet snacks and functional treats continued to climb.
Context of the i-Tail record sales
As one of the world’s largest contract manufacturers of wet pet food and treats, i-Tail supplies many international brands from its Thai facilities, with a stated capacity of around 40 million sachets per month. The company has set a target for new products to account for 15% of revenue in 2026, underscoring an innovation-led strategy in a competitive private-label market.
Scale plus sustainability
i-Tail is aligning growth with the wider SeaChange 2030 sustainability agenda of its parent group, addressing responsible sourcing and lower-impact manufacturing — increasingly a condition of doing business with major Western retailers and brand owners.
The results highlight the central, if often invisible, role of Asian contract manufacturers in the global pet-food supply chain. As brands chase wet and treat formats, capacity and innovation from partners like i-Tail become a decisive competitive factor.
